Materials

  • Cardstock
  • Confetti
  • Mod Podge
  • Double-sided tape
  • Ribbon, twine, or raffia

Tools

  • Scissors
  • Foam brush

Instructions

  1. Fold your 8.5"x11" piece of card stock in half and divide it into four equal pieces. Make small pencil marks if needed.Piece of pink paper folded in half

  3. Using a piece of double-sided tape, attach the ribbon between the edges of the cardstock. Space the pieces evenly, making sure to leave enough ribbon on each side to hang.Open piece of pink paper with double stick tape and a ribbon attached inside
